Anderson Cooper calls Trump a “pathetic loser” claims account was “hacked”

Washington, DC – In what CNN has said was an illegal take-over of Anderson Cooper’s Twitter account, the noted anti-Trump anchor called the President a “pathetic loser” in a reply to his tweet about the special Senate election in Alabama last night.

CNN quickly deleted the tweet, but not before it began to go viral, gaining thousands of likes and retweets from the more than 9 million people who follow Cooper on Twitter. CNN claims that Coopers account was hacked by an unknown source and that the anchor did not post the tweet himself.

However, some believe that this was deliberate and that CNN is attempting to cover up for their star newsman. Cooper is well known to be opposed to the President, claiming on several occasions that President Trump is unfit to hold office.

In response to the alleged hacking, Cooper tweeted:

“just woke up to find out someone gained access to my twitter account,” Cooper tweeted soon after. “i have not sent a tweet in days or replied to any tweets. We are looking into how this happened.”
