Pennsylvania mayor attacked by her son at campaign office, police say

York, PA. – The son of a Pennsylvania mayor has been charged with assault by local police following an altercation at a campaign office. Police have charged Brandon Anderson, 30, of York, Pennsylvania with the assault of his mother, Kim Bracey who happens to be the mayor of York.

Mayor Bracey admits that her son has been struggling with Opioid addiction, a terrible disease which has been destroying countless lives across the Atlantic Northeast, and claiming many lives as well. It would appear that this altercation was in some way related to the son’s addiction. The assault took place just before the mayor was to lead a “Bikers for Bracey” event for her re-election campaign.

The mayor has asked for privacy and has said that she is physically recovering from the incident.
